How to make a call

1. Dial the access number shown on the back of your card or this website.
2. Wait for the prompt, then enter your 10 digit PIN. If you have enabled EziDial then you will not have to do this.
3. Press 1 to make a call.
4. Wait for the prompt, then enter the number you wish to dial.
   • Start with the country code, followed by the area code, then the local number.
   • You do not need to dial the international dialing prefix (0011 in Australia, 00 in most other countries).
   • If you wish to use a speed dial then enter it here instead, for instance: * 1 (star - one)
5. When you have finished talking, either:
   • hang up to end your session, or
   • press the hash key twice to make another call: # #
