That is why, we have current systems in place to protect your personal information and keep it private. Like many other organizations, Global Gossip Consolidated must comply with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act in dealing with personal information. 'Personal information' is defined broadly in the Act and covers any information that may be used to identify a person. It may simply be a name or contact details.

1. The information we collect
   Global Gossip may collect information about you, such as your name, contact details, nationality and date of birth. We may also collect this and other types of personal information.
2. How we use your information
   Global Gossip Consolidated will use the personal information we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection, or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law. Generally we will only use and disclose your personal information:
   1. to answer your enquiry;
   2. to provide the services you have requested;
   3. to establish and maintain your relationship as a customer, including providing you with newsletters and summary points of your account
3. Access to your information
   Subject to some exceptions that are set out in the National Privacy Principles, you can gain access to the personal information that we hold about you. We do refuse access if it would interfere with the privacy rights of other persons or if it is in breach of any confidentiality that attaches to that information.
