Global Gossip began with the aim of helping people stay connected online and on their mobiles. We started at Bondi beach nearly a decade ago as the go-to Internet provider for backpackers and travellers in Australia. Our Internet cafes and calling cards became a lifeline to friends and family back home, and we endeavoured to offer the best rates and best speeds to support this.
From the beginning we’ve been delivering the latest in communications technology to our customers and have developed a suite of applications for managing Internet access. We have become synonymous with value and quality for our business customers and partners.
Since then we’ve built up a few more partners and clients, and cast our net a little wider. Today, we’re powered by GX2 Technology and work with the best IT providers in the industry. Whilst the youth and travel sector is still a very important aspect of what we do, we’ve now also expanded into providing Wi-Fi and Internet services for high end, luxury, corporate and international businesses. We manage over three hundred Internet networks around the world, from private dive boats off the coast of Cairns to remote ski lodges in the American Rockies.
Moving forward, we’re looking to continue to improve the online experience for your customers, make it easier and simpler for you to manage your business’ Internet network and are always working to better our customer service and technical support. We continue to evolve our products and services to ensure that Global Gossip businesses and customers stay connected no matter where they are in the world.
In particular, we’ve geared up a proprietary suite of in-room and conference wireless management solutions for our mainstream hospitality partners. As Ruckus Hospitality Partner of the Year 2013 (Australia and New Zealand) we deliver high quality Internet solutions on a global scale, and have enjoyed great success with our products and technology partners. We have strong working relationships with leading hospitality providers worldwide, such as Xanterra in the US where we’ve worked together in rolling out full Wireless Internet solutions to more than 2000 rooms and 4000 staff in hotels and resorts within Yellowstone National Park, Death Valley and the Grand Canyon.
We’re currently developing a range of new products and packages to suit all needs and all budgets, from small boutique hostels to big chain hotels. Our services are fully flexible and adaptable to suit any business size, and our inhouse engineers and technicians work 24/7/365 to keep you and your business connected online.
